Who we are
We are a Winnipeg-area outdoor construction company. We design and build decks, fences, paver patios, retaining walls and complete yard renovations, handle the grading and drainage underneath them, and clear snow for the same properties in winter.
Most of what goes wrong with outdoor work in Manitoba happens below the surface. A patio settles because the base was never compacted. A fence leans because the posts stopped short of the frost line. We do that part properly, then build on top of it, and you get a written estimate before anything starts.

We set posts a minimum of four feet deep. Manitoba frost drives ground movement well below the surface, and a post that stops short of it will heave and lean within a few winters. It is the most common reason a fence fails here, and it is entirely avoidable.
Often yes. The City of Winnipeg requires a building permit for decks above certain height and size thresholds, and requirements vary by structure and municipality. We walk you through what your project needs before we start, and we build to the applicable code either way.
Before the first snowfall. Seasonal routes fill through the fall, and how many properties we can take depends on how close together they are. If you want to be on the route this winter, ask well before you need it.
Most residential patios run from a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on size, elevation changes and how much excavation the base needs. Base preparation is the part that takes real time, and it decides whether the patio is still flat in fifteen years.
